This page summarises how CoPlaid handles data in connection with CoPlaid Route Optimisation. It is a summary written for people evaluating the platform; the binding terms are the ones in your agreement with CoPlaid or with the implementation partner who delivers CoPlaid to you.
This website
This is a static marketing site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and does not collect form submissions. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google. If you email us from a link on this site, that email reaches us the way any email does.
The platform
Inside the product, CoPlaid processes the data needed to deliver the service: account and user records for the organisations using it, the business details required for sender and campaign registration, recipient contact details supplied by the customer, message content and delivery state, consent and subscription records, and audit logs of what was sent and what changed.
Accounts are isolated from one another. A partner organisation's customers each hold their own records, and data is not shared between them. Consent state is recorded against each contact, with the moment and source it came from, and opt-outs are enforced by the platform before any further message is sent.
Data you supply about other people
Where you load recipient contact details into CoPlaid, you remain responsible for having a lawful basis to contact those people, and for the accuracy of what you load. CoPlaid processes that data to deliver the messages you ask it to deliver and to keep the records that regulation requires.

Privacy questions, access requests and deletion requests go to admin@coplaid.ai. If CoPlaid was delivered to you by an implementation partner, that partner is usually your first point of contact and we will work with them on your request.
