What to include
If you are writing about a possible partnership, it helps to know which systems you implement for your customers, roughly how many customer deployments you run, and what the communication or scheduling requirement usually looks like on those projects. If you are writing about a live issue, include the account name and, where relevant, the approximate time the problem occurred.
